Ingredients
- 1. Radish 1lb
- 2. Green onion
- 3. Rice flour 500g
- 4. Red chilli (optional)
Where to start
- 1. Cut the radish into small pieces.
- 2. Boil a liter of water and put the radigh in.
- 3. Cook until the radish turn tender.
- 4. Add in rice flour and gentally stir it.
- 5. Steam the mix for about 60 mins.

Tips
Pour the rice flour once a little into the radish water, and gentally stir it until its perfectly mixed. Use chopstick to check if the mix is cooked.

This radish cake is a muct-have in Chinese New Year. I love its simple taste. It represents that ones can reach a higher status in the new year. I like it so much since it's also my mom's favorite dish and she will make us this within the whole New Year's holidays.
